That is incredibly cool yet incredibly not cool. I was trying to figure out if there was something usual or unusual that might be the culprit, as well as looking for information on my own low blood pressure issue, and randomly found two things: Arthritis and (the usual) inner ear problem). I recall you mentioned arthritic pain before, and wondered if that had been explored.
Also, in my case, it has been narrowed down through research to about four things, but none are easy to detect without invasive and expensive testing. Best thing would be for me to have a low blood pressure episode and then heart failure. Less expense, that way.
