403: Spiral of black and white stones, on a go board. (Spiral)
( Aug. 11th, 2011 02:26 am)
With the energy freed up by not worrying about housing, this afternoon I:

* Packed one of three bookcases
* Went to the farmer's market, which I hadn't been to in a couple of weeks
* Gathered yard waste for jump-starting my next compost bin
* Threshed a batch of mustard seeds that [livejournal.com profile] zeightyfiv harvested
* Finally got around to threshing this year's harvest of winter wheat (from about a month ago)

In all seriousness, I feel like I've taken off the lead overcoat I'd been wearing for the past month and a half. It's glorious.

Tomorrow? New student orientation.
After five hours of orientation, I'd visited every building on campus and am so thoroughly orientated that I have *less* of an idea how to find things than I did before arriving.

I get to go back tomorrow to talk to the people who evaluated my transcripts, who did so in the least useful possible way. Seriously, who accepts credit for a 400-level math class but not AP Calculus (score 4/5)? The latter is a prerequisite for every single class I need to take this semester. The former isn't.
