Couscous and cauliflower:
* ~1c cauliflower, chopped into bite-size pieces
* 1/4c - 1/2c uncooked couscous
* boiling water
* seasoning of choice
* Boil water in an electric kettle. Pour over couscous in serving dish, until pasta is barely submerged. Cover. Wait 3-5min.
* Steam cauliflower in microwave to desired level of doneness. (1m30s on my microwave.)
* Top couscous with cauliflower, add seasoning. (This time I used soy sauce, which overwhelmed the flavor of the cauliflower. Next time, I might do peanut sauce or roasted garlic.) Serve.

Other things I can think of to do with the recipe: cook the cauliflower in scrambled eggs and top the couscous with that, or top the couscous and cauliflower with hummus.
