I'm a bit behind on this news, but last week the American Psychological Association decided to officially dis-recommend therapy to change a client's sexual orientation. While the people convinced they can Jesus the gay out of you aren't going to go away overnight, the data is against them, and they can't validly claim the support of the professional organization.
