Dear NSTAR Gas,
I'd like to give you money. Really, I would. But before I can do that, you need to get a bill from your printer to my mailbox. If you have to try a fourth time, I'm going to ask for it to be sent certified mail.
Or, you know, I could just conclude that you don't want my money.
