Not quite. The single-occupancy bedroom is non-negotiable. But some apartments have more than one bedroom, in which case I'd need the other person to, at minimum, agree to not have non-kosher meat in the house. (It's unlikely that it'd be just me in one bedroom and two people in the other, because that tends to cause resentment.)
